I'm Michel Gingras, AKA LucidTV: 20+ years of exploring consciousness through lucid dreaming, meditation, teaching, fractal video art and digital manipulation. Now embracing agentic AI to assist in the waking world while I sleep.
Creating real-time art directly from within the lucid dream state using advanced brain-computer interfaces. Eye movements within dreams guide the visual output, translating the direct connection between consciousness and creation into fractal landscapes and visual narratives.
Since January 2002, I've been exploring the intersection of lucid dreaming and creative expression. What began with a DreamLight mask and a camera has evolved into a pioneering multimedia practice.
Early in my journey, I collaborated with Dr. Stephen Laberge, a pioneer in lucid dreaming research. Over 20 years of continuous technological innovation have shaped this artistic practice.

19,389 nights in my life so far. How many nights remain? What can I accomplish?
This is my life's goal: to prepare for death and maintain awareness during the transition. Life itself is a dream, and learning to control our dreams trains us to be aware of our waking thoughts. Lucid dreaming is the ultimate practice—a preparation for the final journey, as Buddhism teaches us.
I've also built Relax24 (600k+ YouTube subscribers) to help people find relaxation and sleep.
